Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the tone was off. After being seated, the server bluntly asked, “Will you eat?” — a question that felt not only unnecessary but also demeaning, especially as a person of color. It left me wondering what else one would come to a restaurant for.

The staff overall seemed unwelcoming. The person at the entrance kept staring at us throughout the meal, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. He appeared impatient, almost rushing us to finish so he could clear the table.

As for the food — the goulash soup lacked flavor, the lasagna was below average, and the mushroom pasta was completely bland. Sadly, nothing about the meal or the service made the visit worthwhile.

I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Poor food, even worse...

Place is so close from the Canazei cabins that take you up to the mountains. Amazing cozy clean place, staff are so friendly. Asked for house wine which was so good and too much compared to its little price, and ordered pizza as well. Their artichoke pizza is amazing and mouthwatering, just didn't like the roasted capsicums in it. We also ordered the quatro fromaggi pizza and added hot salami to it, its taste was like heaven indeed. We were full yet didn't want to miss their authentic tiramissu which was more than great, rich in its creamy taste that we really didn't want it to be finished. The pizzas are always perfectly crafted, with a crispy yet tender crust, and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pasta dishes stand out for their rich, homemade sauces and expert seasoning. The house wine is a delightful accompaniment, offering a smooth and well-balanced taste that complements the meal beautifully.
