My experience last time was horrible. Inattentive staff and slightly rude. I watched a poor, lost and scared swallow that flew in the restaurant as no one was doing anything and when I asked for cloth to cover it and release it, it was denied to me so another customer gave me his napkin. We ordered desserts and my mother realized only after the first bite there were cookies in it but she is intolerant to gluten. So we asked if we could had another dessert for her but the waitress said the desert was already eaten and my mom could have looked better! But the menu was not detailed. Then they changed the desserts just to tell us we would have to pay the first dessert ordered by mistake. This is not a way to retain a customer. Well than you have these both types united into one and the same in this case.

Our waiter, I am not going to name his name, was outride rude to us. There was 4 of us and one child. When we dared to order he rolled his eyes, when we had the audacity to actually ask for another drink, as now one would offer us another opportunity to order, we where rudely asked to wait while they cleaned up other tables and so on and so forth…

So from our point of view, we will not return, neither to the restaurant...

Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. Within 3 minutes of sitting down we were asked twice for your order by two different members of staff. When we politely smiled and asked for a couple more minutes the waitress turned around and mumbled eventually we will order. The food is average at best. Sadly down to the location you'll spend the whole night covered in bugs.

I'd say this restaurant is purely resting on its scenary. You can find far better food off the tourist track not too far from here and with much friendlier service.

Please don't make your customers feel like they are an inconvenience to you. We saved your restaurant as a treat on our last night and I'm so disappointed we...
