Bar Gelateria Cristallo — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

We visit Riva del Garda every time we visit Italy, for the past 6 years we have been customers at Cristallo Gelateria for our mid morning coffees, evening snacks etc. Erwin and his staff are superb, his range of food just right for us, and the massive range of ice creams are unsurpassed in Riva del Garda. However the highlight for us is a Sunday afternoon when he puts the Italian F1 on the TV sets, we settle in and hopefully see a British win which we did this year. If you want to see a major sports event live, this is the place, nothing else like it that we know of...

Always need to find a place to chill. Watched the epic German F1 GP on their inside big TV which can be watched from the outside. They even switched off the lights to stop reflections. As for the service it's brilliant. The staff are polite pleasant and focused on customer service. The aperol spritz in the photo comes with a side of fruit. vegetables with dip and crisps all for €4.30. Great views and great for people watching. Extensive food menu, superb ice creams ....why would you go...

This is SUCH a wonderful place! Our group stopped here for breakfast one morning because of the prime location/view. We came back later that day for aperitivo and snacks because it was just amazing! The food and drinks were all top notch, service was exceptionally friendly, and you can't beat the location. They even overheard us saying something to my husband about it being his birthday, and they came out and surprised him with cake and gelato! Wonderful place and will definitely be back!...
