It was only by chance that I popped in here having been delayed by the ferry from Limone sul Garda to get to Riva. I picked a table overlooking the harbour and the old bell tower, which I climbed up the 160 steps later on, to admire the stunning views from the top, and ordered a beer. This was a rather refreshing beer but, minutes later, a plate of antipasti was put in front of me, completely unexpectedly. Absolutely terrible service. The waitress was in a rush for no reason. It had no patience to talk to talk to us. We asked about options and she said we had to stick to the menu and then suddenly said we could other items. It doesn’t even make sense!! At the end we order in a rush and feel like we did not put good thought on the order. Very usual Italian service. I honestly do not understand how tourists keep up with this place.
