Bar Gelateria Flora Downtown — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

As an expat living in Riva, I really enjoy Flora – it’s one of the coziest cafés in town with delicious gelato and a beautiful interior. We often come here for coffee and a treat.

That said, I would love to see some more modern drinks and lighter dessert options on the menu. For example, filter coffee, matcha latte, more alternative milks (like coconut), and refreshing iced drinks in summer. Not the artificial syrups at the entrance, but real coffee frappuccinos or berry lemonades.

It would also be amazing to have panna cotta, flourless or no-bake desserts. Thanks for making this place already so nice – just a few updates would...

We are going there, almost every day because the ice cream is good and has a great variety of tastes. We always sit at the tables in front of the store...until today when angry lady waiter starded yelling at us to get up because she is loosing clients(seems like i am not a client), she was yelling in front of 2 Kids(1 year and 7 years), and the rest of the clients: It's take away, it's take away, the owners make me do this...Guess what, the lady who was waiting for the table just left, we as well, because we didn't want to make you loose any other real customers...Signed: some...

Purtroppo mi tocca dare una stella altrimenti non posso pubblicare la recensione, dispiace molto perché il flora è una delle migliori gelaterie di riva, però oggi devo dire che sono rimasta abbastanza scontenta del servizio. Innanzitutto mia madre ha preso il gelato e alla signora (quella con età più avanzata e capelli mori raccolti) è caduta una pallina di gelato sopra la spugna che usano per pulire il lavello penso, comunque una spugna tutta sporca e lei ha fatto finta di nulla prendendo il gelato e servendolo ugualmente a mia madre la quale non si era accorta della cosa. Ha pagato un gelato che era letteralmente da buttare.. cosa costava fare una nuova pallina di gelato? Lavoro anche io a contatto con il pubblico e penso che la cortesia e il rispetto soprattutto siano fondamentali, così vuol dire prendersi gioco di chi paga il tuo stipendio e non è corretto. A parte ciò, mi son sentita parlare in modo scortese quando mi sono lamentata che sono state fatte passare altre persone davanti a me, dopo 8 ore di lavoro che volevo solo mangiare un gelato con i miei genitori e si è rivelata una pessima scelta, tanto che il gelato alla fine l’ho preso da Eta Beta, gelato buono e personale sempre cortese.
