I ordered the cheesecake gelato, and it was beyond incredible, probably the best I’ve ever had! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was so smooth. The berries were deliciously chewy, almost like a gummy candy, and the topping made it feel like you were actually eating a slice of cheesecake. Every bite was a delight, and I couldn't stop eating. Plus, it’s only two euros for a generous scoop, which is an amazing price for this quality.

The only downside was the service; the employees came across as a bit rude, which was disappointing given the quality of the food and the setting.

Poor service. We ordered two strawberry smoothies at 12pm. By 12:30 they still hadn’t arrived. Other’s that came after us received their orders, which is when we figured something was wrong. My wife asked for an update and was told they had messed up the ordered and were sorry. Clearly they weren’t too sorry because when they arrived at about 12:38, I asked if they were willing to offer a better price, which I believe would have been fair (e.g., €8 for the two instead of €13, or something.. free water or scoop of ice cream). But no. Instead the woman that came over started to share excuses in a rude manner “ah, two people didn’t come in today and we’re really busy…” and then just took the smoothies back after I said I wasn’t happy with the outcome and said in a rude way “enjoy your holiday!” as is if to day,...

Ricordo questo bar da quando ero piccola, ogni volta che andavamo con la mia famiglia a fare un giro per Riva, ci fermavano sempre lì. Passano gli anni, e, qualche tempo fa (primavera - estate) tornammo lì, purtroppo i bei ricordi che avevo, sono svaniti in un lampo, per colpa di un cameriere di origine albanese. Prima di sedere, chiesi ad un'altro cameriere - collega, se fosse libero e lui mi fece accomodare con gentilezza perché notai che alcuni tavoli lì vicino erano riservati; ma quello non lo era. Mi sedetti vicino all'entrata che guarda verso il lago, pochi istanti dopo arrivarono degli amici del cameriere albanese con un passeggino. Senza chiedere nulla, mi fece alzare dandomi un'altro tavolo al bordo del lago senza aprire l'ombrellone sotto il sole cocente; chiesi la motivazione e gli feci notare, che, quel tavolo dove ero seduta, non era riservato; lui borbottò qualcosa tra i denti e prese il biglietto di prenotazione da un altro posto e me lo mise sotto gli occhi ponendolo sul tavolo. In quel istante si alzarono 5 - 6 tavoli e andarono via. Capì che era solo una questione di favoritismo per i suoi amici con il passeggino. Notare che c'erano abbastanza posti liberi nelle vicinanze. Nel frattempo quel cameriere, prese gli ordini di altri tavoli pervenuti un bel po' di tempo dopo la sottoscritta, alchè chiamai il collega per il mio ordine. Finito l'aperitivo andai a pagare dalla padrona - responsabile e gli posi il fatto accaduto. Lei Chiamò il dipendente ed egli negò tutto. Mio padre sentendo la risposta le disse: non vorrei che fosse una questione di razzismo solo perché mia figlia è di colore, quando lei dovrebbe guardare chi ha in casa. Lui diventò di tutti i colori e pure la padrona dall'imbarazzo e per lo spiacevole evento accaduto. Aspettai che i miei genitori uscissero dal locale e con molta calma gli dissi che la sottoscritta lavora nel settore turistico e che di certo l'atteggiamento che ha avuto non ha fatto gli interessi dell'azienda, anzi tutt'altro. Mi dispiace molto per le potenzialità che potrebbe avere quel locale, ma i titolari dovrebbero prima selezionare e insegnare ai propri dipendenti di avere un'atteggiamento consolo e rispettoso nei confronti dei clienti a prescindere dal colore della pelle, perché, lavorando nel settore turistico di certo non farò una buona...
