Nice area. Nice food. Service terrible. We arrived at the restaurant at lunch time (without reservation). After requesting table for three, we were told to wait (fair enough), while waiting we were told abruptly to wait another two times, even though we were just stood waiting. Once we were seated, we were ignored for another ten minutes, after which the menus were unceremoniously dumped on the table. Another ten minutes waiting before any order was taken even though we made it clear we were ready to order. The meals arrived separately with some time between the arrival of each dish. Went with my 4y daughter with a specific goal to eat good Indian food like in London, Manchester or Frankfurt. I was a little tired of pizza and pasta. Don't get me wrong it was a nice Change. The basmati was good. But the chicken curry was glutenous (too much flour) and the garlic Nan bread was from the previous day (dry dry). Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort, in 2. Reihe zur Hauptstraße aber direkter Weg zum Ufer des Gardasees. 5 Gerichte bestellt, 2 Kinderportionen (Gnocchi und Pizza), 1 Pizza Prosciutto e funghi und 2 indische Gerichte (Butter und Mughlai Chicken mit extra Knoblauch-Naan). Eins vorweg: meiner Meinung nach ein Inder mit italienischen Gerichten und nicht anders rum. Die indischen Gerichte waren sehr lecker und nicht überwürzt, also Schärfegrad definitiv an Europäer angepasst. Das Naan mit Knoblauch war ausgezeichnet. Aber auch die Pizzen und die Gnocchi waren geschmacklich gut bis sehr gut, Daumen hoch! Die Kellner waren nett und und haben mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles passt, ob wir noch Getränke oder Nachspeisen wollen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden auch immer wieder Pizzen von Strandbesuchern abgeholt. Wir saßen vor dem Restaurant auf der überdachten Terrasse. Von da kommt man direkt zum See. Von der Straße aber nur über Treppen erreichbar, wir mussten den Kinderwagen hochtragen. Ob es noch einen anderen, ebenerdigen Eingang gibt, wissen wir leider nicht.
