Ristorante Il Ritratto di Aldo Tiboni — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience my partner and I had at your restaurant on Tuesday, 30 September.

Upon arrival, we were offered a table next to guests who had brought their dog. As I suffer from allergies, we kindly asked if it was possible to be seated in an area of the restaurant without animals. Unfortunately, the server informed us that there was no such option available. Consequently, we were unable to stay and had to leave without dining.

In addition to the allergy concern, I would like to point out that the presence of dogs inside dining areas raises questions of hygiene and food safety. According to general food safety and hygiene regulations, restaurants are expected to maintain a clean environment where food is prepared and consumed. Allowing animals into guest areas may compromise this standard and can create an exclusionary experience for guests with allergies or sensitivities.

Worst experience in a very long time. Staff was super polite yet that is pretty much all good I have to say. We asked for water 3 times until we gave up asking. Stangly the chef was taking orders, serving tables and working at the till. We ordered some vegetables from the side plates as starter, the plate looked nice but the taste was rather average and blant. We the had the tagliolini and timballo di melanzane (a kind of pasta and and aubergine dish). The plates were disappointing again. The aubergine plate was barely warm and parts of the aubergines were so little cooked it was unpleasant to eat. The tagliolini very average again. YET THE WORSTE part was that we had to wait so long we wanted to live. Other customers from other tables got really upset too and asked for the bill before getting the food....

I don’t understand why this Place has a 4.5 review because for me it’s a total five star. And I have to give the five star to the very capable waitress, I think she’s the queen of this restaurant. She’s able to remember everything, takeing care of all requirement in the reasonable order. all the time be nice chill and not panicking not being impatient to anybody. I feel amazed by her professionality. The place is nice if you ignore sometimes the car is passing by, over all the places is pretty chill in this busy town. The food is good and authentic nothing...
