The Food is OK the facility is not great.

The food was OK but nothing special like the price would suggest. The portions where on the small side so order more if you like to get full.

The facility has lousy acoustic and you can't hear what person right next to you are saying. Even in the start of April (15ºC outside) the cramped cellar was unbearable hot and the ceiling can't be higher then 2 meters.

I was seated all the way in the restaurant in a room to the left with 2 long tables and 3 smaller tables and the room was packed, so your experience of the facility might differ depending on where you are seated.

Probably the worst experience in all the 15 days of our holiday in italy.

Service was bad, it's known that some touristic place have a hard time giving a good service but we are in the restauration job and we know how to make ourselves enjoyable. At this place... On the 4 peoples that served us only one was friendly and gave us a smile.

On itself it can be fine, everyone can have a bad day, but the food was bad. Ravioli and gnocchi were both overcooked, and greassy. The tiramisu was ok at best. The salade was ok but the balsamico was tasteless.

Anyway, this was our worst restaurant in italy and still was somewhat better than a third of the french...

Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt! Es begann, als ich anrief und einen Tisch reservierte, der Mann war sehr kurzsichtig. Als wir ankamen, traf uns ein sehr arroganter Oberkellner, der uns nicht einmal willkommen hieß. Wir haben 20 Minuten darauf gewartet, eine Bestellung aufgeben zu dürfen. Als unsere Kellnerin gerade damit fertig war, unsere Bestellung auf ihren Block zu schreiben, kam die Oberkellner, nahm den Zettel mit der Bestellung von ihrem Block und ging, bevor mein Mann seine Getränke bestellen konnte. Es ging offensichtlich zu langsam für unseren Kellner. Dem Pärchen neben uns wurden Kaffee- und Dessertkarten angeboten, das Essen war ihnen jedoch noch nicht serviert worden. Unser Essen kam schnell, aber wir mussten um Besteck und Brot für unsere Vorspeise bitten. Ich habe die Bresaola mit Eisbergsalat gegessen, seltsam. Unser Hauptgang wurde serviert, bevor wir die Vorspeise beendet hatten. Als Hauptgericht hatte ich Lachs mit zwiebelkompot, leider war es kalt geworden. Als wäre das nicht schlimm genug, ließ der Kellner am anderen Nachbartisch ein ganzes Tablett mit Getränken fallen, das Tablett hat teilweise auf unserem und dem Nachbartisch geruht. Unter anderem gab es 3 Flaschen Rotwein, sodass Glassplitter und Wein über uns und den Nachbartisch spritzten. So etwas kann passieren, und der Kellner entschuldigte sich und fegte den Tisch auf. Aber meine Schuhe waren voller Rotwein und das Bein meines Mannes blutete, nachdem es von ein Glasscherben getroffen worden. Vielleicht wäre ein Angebot einer kleinen Entschädigung angebracht gewesen. Wir waren noch nie an einem Ort, an dem es nur darum ging, den Gast zu verspeisen, ohne irgendeinen Service. Die jungen Leute haben getan, was sie konnten. Das ist einfach schlechtes Management. Bringen Sie dem Personal bei, Ihre Gäste zu sehen. Das Ende des Abendessens, Überraschung, Abrechnung, kein danke und Auf Wiedersehen. Gleicher arroganter...
