Ristorante Nuovo 900 — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

Pessima esperienza. Ci fermiamo in questo posticino all'apparenza molto carino e con un menù invitante. Premesso che ho lavorato nella ristorazione. Entriamo, per 5 minuti non siamo assolutamente stati presi in considerazione, nonostante ci passassero davanti, (neanche un "tra poco arriviamo"). Dopo di che chiediamo un tavolo e ci dicono che c'è posto solo fuori per ora, sentiamo ma era un po' freddo allora chiediamo per star dentro e ci dicono che si è appena liberato un tavolo, bene rimaniamo. Ci sediamo, dopo 20 minuti prendono l'ordine, prima non ci era neanche stato chiesto se volessimo dell'acqua. Dopo 40 minuti finalmente arriva l'antipasto che purtroppo niente di entusiasmante rispetto alla descrizione e secondo noi mancava anche il porro fritto. Dopo un'ora dall'ordine (quindi 15 minuti dalla fine dall'antipasto) arriva la cameriera a comunicarci che il salmerino era finito, ci viene fatto scegliere un altro piatto al volo. Ci rimaniamo abbastanza male sia perché era il piatto per cui c'eravamo fermati, sia perché non è normale rendersene conto un'ora dopo l'ordine. Va bhe procediamo. Dopo un'altra mezz'ora dallo sparrecchio dall'antipasto arrivano gli altri piatti. Spaghetto alle sarde non tirato bene in padella, quindi se non si prendeva del sugo era un banalissimo spaghetto in bianco. Trota cotta in un bagno di olio e con delle patate al forno tristi e insipide. Ovviamente visti i precedenti decidiamo che la cena può finire così. Capisco che ci possano essere stati dei problemi, ma in tutta la serata non ci è mai stato chiesto se andasse tutto bene o non siamo mai stati "confortati" del dilungarsi dei tempi. Neanche al momento del pagamento ci è stato chiesto nulla, anzi ci siamo visti tutti i clienti (di età maggiore) che gli veniva offerto un amaro e noi (giovani) niente. Hands down, without contest the BEST pizza I have ever had in my life by a landslide (It was the quattro fromagia). I am not joking that I will be returning to this city just to eat here. The service was great, and we were skeptical because the interior was so renovated we weren't sure whether we had stumbled upon a tourist trap or not.

BOY WERE WE SURPRISED. I will never stop thinking about this pizza. I HAVE to go back. Please please please eat here. Best place of my life. It wasn't wet, it was so well done, so yummy... Seriously no notes whatsoever. Best pizza of all time...

Me and my boyfriend were luckily invited in by the manager/owner whilst stood outside looking for somewhere to eat and I am so glad that they did! This was the best meal we ate during our trip to Lake Garda. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant had a very relaxed atmosphere. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, the rabbit was very tender and the ingredients were all well balanced. My only negative was that we only discovered this place on our last day here. I will be dreaming of this pasta dish for years to come!...
