I visited your restaurant with my children, excited to try it based on friends’ recommendations and positive reviews. However, I was disappointed by the staff’s unwelcoming attitude.

While placing our order, my children were enthusiastically discussing their choices, and unexpectedly, the female staff member asked me—quite rudely—to lower their voices, claiming it was disturbing. Shortly after, the male staff member raised the volume of the music in an unpleasant way, which felt like a response to our presence.

I believe such behavior does not reflect well on the establishment and may require the owner’s attention to ensure a more respectful and family-friendly...

Il cibo è buono, niente da dire, ma il resto...

Non mi aspettavo mi venisse preparato un piatto elaborato appositamente per me (sono vegana), però ho visto un irrigidimento che francamente non mi aspettavo, dato che non mi sono rivolta con maleducazione. Ho chiesto prima se poteva esserci una soluzione diversa che non fosse prendere solo il rosti stick, ma non c'era: niente di grave, fin qui. Concordiamo per un rostel senza altri ingredienti. Vengo poi invitata a servirmi alla cassa automatica; visto che il monitor non prevedeva un rostel semplice, pago 5.50 euro per uno con prosciutto e formaggio. Alla consegna dello scontrino ovviamente specifico, come concordato prima, che me ne basta uno semplice. La signora mi risponde con tono ed espressione finti-addolorati che mi avrebbe fatto pagare meno se le avessi riferito prima la mia scelta. Rimango allibita. La signora continua a rimarcare con Un certo nervosismo la mia presunta mancanza. Alla terza, le rispondo che avevamo concordato proprio pochi minuti prima. Al che mi dice che mi avrebbe fatto una doppia porzione (non pervenuta). Quando consegna a me e alla persona che era con me i piatti, tra cui il rostel servito su un piatto, esce dal locale e a quel punto mi accorgo che sono senza forchetta. Appena rientra, le chiedo gentilmente una posata. Risposta: "Ti posso dare il cucchiaio ed il coltello, con la forchetta ti si sfalda tutto...". Molto, molto divertente.

Infine, dopo il pasto, le riportiamo i piatti al banco per gentilezza (inspiegabilmente, lo riconosco). Ovviamente, non c'è stato neanche un grazie.

Che dire... spero di poter ritornare per poter ricambiare la sua premura!

First of all, there's a (multilingual 💕) ticket machine system you use to make your orders next the door, I didn't notice it at first, but it's great.

Second, so good! They serve Rösti-style fried potatoes and pancakes with a variety of toppings. I just wanted something quick that was open past usual lunch time, but this was much better than I expected! The pancakes look a bit small but they're very filling, a tricolore pancake and rösti sticks were almost too much even after several hours of walking.

I was a bit out of it but this energised me until...
