Spaghettihaus Village — Restaurant in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

Alltogether we visited them three times. The first was pizza takeaway. It was the smallest pizza with the smallest amoumt of ingredients we have seen so far. Second time we wanted a table. After waiting ten minutes for a waiter we decided to order a takeaway of spaghetti and salad. This was brilliant - we got grana, oil, aceto and everything well packaged in a few minutes. Next time we went for sure and ordered spaghetti and salad takeaway. There was so loud music, the waiter did not hear each other. In a pause during the order he just picked up a phone and started talking to somebody - how rude. Then after twenty minutes the food arrived and the waiter just gave it to me. When I asked for oil and aceto for the salad, he just opened the box and poured some in the box. I had no more power after a long day trip in the mountains to speak to somebody who speaks only italian and does not know, what a salad takeaway...

Nice place but the food isn't great. Not best pizza compared to other places I visited. Grilled chicken breast was just a steam like cooked with a barely perceptible grill like seasoning with strong smell of boiled chicken. Cocktails with a note of alcohol in it. Gestione terribile, siamo stati messi fuori, ha iniziato a piovere e nessuno si è preoccupato di aiutarci a portare il cibo e le cose sul tavolo dentro, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare e ci siamo spostati su un tavolo sporco e senza tovaglia, della quale nessuno a provveduto a sistemare. Quando siamo andati a pagare la proprietaria, che fa anche da "cassiera", si è completamente sbattuta del fatto che ci sia successo questo, abbiamo pagato 3 euro di coperto, dove il coperto è stato pioggia e strafottenza, non c'era nemmeno la scusa del "avevamo troppa gente" visto che il locale era praticamente vuoto. A prescindere da questo episodio vergognoso, il cibo è mediocre, l'hamburger non è saporito e gli spaghetti, che dovrebbero essere la specialità, sono completamente privi di identità e dal sapore per niente riconoscibile.
