WARNING!! Really bad experience with the service. Outrageously arrogant waitress blaming our 2 yo baby for breaking bday balloon which it didnt even touch. Then proceeded to clean our table when we were still sitting there with coffee and wept the mess on our clothes whilst saying insults in italian. Icecream was great but this totally ruined the experience for us and I will make sure to never visit this place and warn everybody in my surroundings to...

Nachdem ich bereits die Gelateria Wind 1 in Sarche mehrmals getestet habe, habe ich nun auch den zweiten Store in Arco ausprobiert. Auch hier bin ich total begeistert. Die Filiale ist zwar sehr klein und die Auswahl deutlich kleiner, aber qualitativ ist es absolute Spitze. Probiert habe ich Biscotto, Nutella, Karamel und Pistazie-Nuss. Dazu gab es noch ein selbstgemachtes Tiramisu. Insgesamt habe ich für 5 Gusti (groß) im Becher und das Tiramisu zusammen 9,50 Euro bezahlt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war wieder einmal sensationell. Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es hier eher weniger, aber für ein schnelles Gelati-to-go ist es hier perfekt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv. Im Umkreis von 40km habe ich weit und breit nichts besseres...

Buongiorno, credo sia effettivamente giusto specificare. Sono stata servita non di certo dal proprietario, che solitamente si trova a Sarche e penso sia estremamente accogliente e gentile, in maniera svogliata e disinteressata, il gelato è stato messo sul cono in maniera poco professionale, a rischio caduta (visto che era estate) e il conto mi è stato fatto mentre la signora che mi ha servito chiacchierava con un altro cliente, non rispondendomi nemmeno al saluto di ringraziamento finale. Sono rimasta delusa dal servizio, visto che solitamente a Sarche è la normalità un sorriso...
