Incredible experience. Tomas made space for our party visiting for an extended family and heritage visit for an incredible dinner experience. From aperitivo to dessert, the cuisine was executed perfectly with delicate, balanced but delightful flavors. We ordered affordable wine, and even at these price points the local offerings were fantastic and complex. I found a new local grape to take home.

While we were supposed to have a limited time, they gave us over an hour extra to allow dessert, and offered a great ending with limoncello and grappa.

Bellissimo: the entire staff were patient with my frustrating family, and treated us like the family we visited and heritage we rediscovered.

Cannot wait to return and await the restaurant’s recognition with many awards.

This is a beautiful small restaurant, part of a small hotel. It is next to the main hotel lobby - but rest assured it is every bit worth it. The Pinot Noir is smooth and well selected, the whipped butter and bread subtle and tasteful - we ordered a number of dishes but the risotto with blue cheese and beetroot (they were kind enough to cut out the bacon for my vegetarian husband) was literally the best thing we have tasted the entire trip - and we have eaten at Gruel in the Lefay resort. Piacevolissima serata in questo ristorante caldo, accogliente e raffinato. Arrivati puntuali ad accoglierci c’è una bella famiglia, un bel gruppo non formale ma al contempo molto professionale. Tutto perfetto sin dal primo momento. Musica giusta, temperatura giusta, luminosità giusta…dopo le ordinazioni arrivano il vino e le pietanze. Non ci si stupisce che i piatti del rendener alpine food siano la cosa in Val Rendena più fotografata (in quanto a foto e selfie se la giocano con le cascate Nardis e il gruppo del Brenta) La gradevolezza del impiattamento viene seguita dal profumo e dal gusto del cibo. Piatti semplicemente perfetti: cottura, bilanciamento dei sapori, sapidità, struttura… A fine pasto, dopo aver finito i dolci abbiamo scambiato due parole con i titolari presenti, costanti ed attenti ma mai invadenti. Prezzo giustissimo per ciò che abbiamo consumato. Consiglio tutti i piatti che abbiamo preso (tartare di carne salada, uovo cotto a bassa temperatura con crema di formaggi e spinaci, petto d’anatra, baccalà, gelato e biscotti della casa) Unica cosa singolare, degli inglesi rumorosi che ad un certo punto hanno iniziato a giocare a carte. Qualche attimo di imbarazzo dei camerieri, ma presto i britannici hanno capito di essere fuori luogo, e sono andati a finire il poker altrove. Concludo dicendo assolutamente consigliato, tutto buono, tutto giusto, serata moooolto piacevole, da rifare...
