Our daughter stayed in Fiera for over a month. When we cam to visit her she said we MUST go to Simion to get Gelato. Not only is the Gelato delicious, but Francesca who works there knew our daughter by name and was over joked to meet us. She is truly an amazing human and we were so honored to meet her and support her business. Our daughter truly felt like she had a piece of home every time she visited Simon. 10 stars if I could....

It's the only gelateria in this place, I go to. It's the best gelateria in the world and I have seen enough. I sense heart, creativity, quality, best of the best.
