A most disappointing experience. We have visited in a group of 9 to celebrate my in laws anniversary. The food quality was mixed, a matter of luck. The grissini and bread were old. Porcini pasta was a disgrace: a béchamel sauce, with no salt and 2 scarce small slices of mushroom on too. 2 portions of lamb arrived at 20 minutes distance from each other and with different cooking times, one raw one well done. Aperol spritz had no trace of Prosecco. Other dishes had no happy customer at the table. A second bottle of wine was left on the table unopened. The most terrible experience was though the discussion had with the restaurant owner who was also the waiter at the table fpr the night. Although we tried to very politely explain the reason for our dissatisfaction, there was none to hear us. All we heard back was a defending approach with no apologise or compassion for the bad experience we actually had. Complete dismissal of the complaints and subsequently a horrible attitude of ignorance doubled by the desperation to charge the card for the payment. Last but not least we were all sweat and hot whilst the AC unit was kept off. Not returning again and definitely NOT recommending if you wish to have a relaxed and nice Italian food...

I was here with my family in a group of 9 to celebrate a birthday and an anniversary but was a horrible experience. We entered a room with absolutely no air conditioning that was very suffocating although other rooms had air conditioning. The foods were average at most and after our food arrived we waited an extra 20 minutes for one of our dishes who was also the person whose birthday we were celebrating. After everything we decided we wanted to make a subtle complaint and asked to talk to the manager after explaining our struggles he challenged every word we said. The bread stick that were like rocks we said we didn’t think they were fresh and he replied in a rude tone that they were fresh as they were made yesterday which is obviously not fresh. One dish we ordered that was pasta with mushrooms had 3 mushrooms on top and the rest was just pasta that tasted strongly of bechamel . None of the dishes had any flavour like salt or oil. The spritz had no prosecco.The service seemed ok but the confrontation the manager gave us at the end...

Devo riportare un episodio spiacevole, di poca professionalità, avvenuto nel locale. In generale le pietanze consumate erano buone, il servizio, ad eccezione del problema di cui parlerò, cordiale e professionale. Le due stelle le devo mettere come media degli aspetti positivi sopra accennati e dell’episodio avvenuto oggi con mia moglie. Giudicherà poi il lettore in maniera autonoma la gravità dello stesso.

Mia moglie è incinta (ottavo mese, lo nota perfettamente la cameriera che ci ha seguito). Ci portano il dolce. Mia moglie comincia a mangiarlo ma ad un certo punto si ferma e mi allunga il piatto. Noto una piccolissima chiazzetta sul verdino-grigio, con una leggerissima peluria sopra (questa la descrizione fornita anche da mia moglie, con un altro paio di occhi). A tutti gli effetti sembra della muffa. Lo diciamo alla cameriera che con gentilezza lo riporta in cucina per un’ispezione. Ritorna dopo un po’ riferendo che il titolare le avrebbe assicurato che non si trattava di muffa (aggiunge che i dolci sono tutti freschi), bensì di una carta di protezione con cui rivestono il dolce in cucina, secondo le norme igieniche di legge. Purtroppo non abbiamo fatto una foto. Purtroppo questa cosa non ci è stata detta direttamente dal titolare. Purtroppo il titolare non è uscito con il pezzo di dolce indiziato né con un frammento di questa carta che userebbero. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di verificare che questa dichiarazione corrispondesse al vero. Abbiamo dovuto credere alla parola data. In altre parole non ho modo di mettere in dubbio che ciò che mi è stato detto sia falso, tuttavia la gestione dell’accaduto è stata fatta in maniera inadeguata, poco professionale e non rispettosa del cliente, con l’aggravante che il dolce lo stava consumando, lo ripeto, una donna in stato di gravidanza. In un primo momento abbiamo scelto di lasciare andare così la questione, ma poi ripensandoci più a lungo abbiamo deciso comunque di scrivere...
