Our story goes like this: Firstly we booked the table two days in advance, but when we come to check the reservation, on the they of reservation, they told us that there is no our reservation. Than we made new reservation, but in the other part of the restaurant (as it was almost fully booked), for two tables from where it is possible to see the tv, as we wanted to watch the game (football world cup). In the evening, when we come for the reservation, we saw that our table was not free. We tried to speak with the manager, to try to find the solution, but he was EXTREMELY RUDE, WITHOUT any RESPECT for the guests. He told us that we cannot reserve the specific table in the restaurant and made a comparison with the hotel booking by saying: "when you reserve a hotel you do not reserve room number 501". He was not willing to try to solve the situation, not even made an apology, although his colleagues made the reservation for us. This was very unpleasant experience, and it ruined our plans as there were 8 of us, and it was very hard to find free space in some other restaurant for that...
