My recent experience at Tagliede left much to be desired. Despite the promising ambiance and decor, the quality of the drinks fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, the Negroni I ordered was possibly the worst I've ever tasted. Upon politely requesting a replacement, the staff graciously poured more alcohol into the glass, but regrettably, it remained undrinkable.
In an attempt to salvage the evening, we opted for two Hugo Spritz cocktails. Despite clearly specifying our preference for Hugo, we were served Aperol Spritz instead. Despite our polite request for a correction, the staff seemed hesitant to accommodate us.
Communication with the head waiter escalated into a disagreement, which was disheartening. However, after the dispute, the head waiter kindly offered to compensate for the inconvenience by inviting us back for a complimentary dinner on our next visit.
While the gesture was appreciated, it's essential for the restaurant to prioritize consistency in both service and quality to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for...
Read moreThe food here is very good and not expensive. The dessert is yummy as well. The Irish coffee is quite strong but yummy. The reason for the lower rating is the service. Most waiters were very nice. They are nicer if you speak Italian though, but I guess it’s because they don’t speak english very well. There was one waiter though (the oldest one with the receding hairline who looks a bit like Mussolini) he was very mean! Throwing the menus on the table, not looking at us while talking and overall looking bored all the time. However when the people behind us confronted him he laughed a bit. I guess he was just in a bad mood. I think he just needs a little more love, maybe his wife left him this morning? Maybe his cat died? Everyone can have a bad day. Please visit this restaurant for good food, and give a nice smile to the waiter to make his day better, it doesn’t...

Everything was very good, carbonara presumably not with guancale but still one of the better ones I had in the last weeks. Lasagne could have been a little bit better but the pizza was awesome! We have been really surprised. Service was quick (allthough not many guests where present, so that was easy that day) and very friendly. Tiramisu tasted great as well. We would...
