Ristorante Posta — Restaurant in Comunità montana Alta Valtellina

We went here for dinner and had made a previous reservation through TheFork, but the restaurant seemed unaware of it. We were approached by four different waiters trying to resolve the issue.

After being seated, we had to request menus, as none were provided within the first five minutes. They also brought only two menus for the four of us, which might be understandable if they had a limited number of English menus.

Ordering was chaotic. The waiter nearly forgot one of our dishes, and after we ordered one glass of wine, she brought a full bottle instead. We also ordered desserts, which were not written on the menu, but the waiter told us them. When we asked if they had tiramisu, the answer was no, yet later we saw it being served at another table. Moreover, they brought us the wrong dessert.

Vi åt middag här på julafton. Deposit för att reservera ett bord var 100 €. Två av fyra i sällskapet beställde förrätt, övriga fördrink. Fördrink, förrätt och huvudrätt serverades samtidigt. Vilket gjorde att jag drack fördrinken till min huvudrätt medan de andra åt förrätt. Sedan var det lång väntetid till de övriga i sällskapet serverades sin huvudrätt. En köttbit serverades helt utan tillbehör. Då vi bad om lite potatis till köttet fick vi in några stekta potatis som vi fick betala 6€ extra för. En av portionerna lamm serverades delvis rå (blått kött) . Även om vi sa ifrån om detta så blev det ingen ursäkt eller avdrag på pris. Portioner av samma rätt såg helt olika ut. Stressad och otrevlig personal som serverade maten genom att sträcka sig över gästerna . Vi kan absolut inte rekommendera...

Di passaggio a Livigno vado in questo Ristorante con annesso Hotel che si trova nella Piazza del Municipio, un po’ defilato. La sala molto carina e la mise en place molto curata. La nostra cameriera ( Valeria) veramente attenta e gentilissima ci ha trattato benissimo ed è venuta incontro alle mie esigenze di allergia, assolutamente una nota di merito. Personalmente ho preso antipasto di salumi con funghi e crostino con burro alle erbe e tagliata con rucola e polenta, mio marito i pizzoccheri e il Salmì Di Cervo Cotto Al Sassella con Polenta e funghi Porcini veramente ottimi.
