From the moment I walked in to be seated, the staff was extremely rude. The waiter said “we close in 20 mins & we are tired. We are only serving pizza and nothing else.” He tried to get me to take my order to go. Meanwhile, he served others dessert and such. Then my food was extremely sub par. No flavor, no seasonings, nothing. I thought Italy is known for Italian food but apparently this restaurant did not get that memo. Then I couldn’t even get oregano! Then he maybe checked on me once and never came back. I went to pay and it was 10 euros, but was cash only. Not sure what restaurant does cash only but okay. So when I told him I didn’t have any euros, he says to me “how are you in Italy with no Euros!?” Extremely rude and unprofessional. Such a disappointment and quite frankly, a waste of 10 euros. Very rude. Went in about 9 in the evening the waiter tossed the menus on the table . He then said pizza and salad only. Still other diners in the restaurant. After we had received our pizza we noticed another large party arrived. They were offered the full menu. In mentioning to the waiter across the room “pizza only” He came over to our table and an argument was started. He told us very loudly “to get out “. He threatened to call the police because we had not paid our bill. I paid the bill for food I didn’t want and tasted awful. I would not go near this place. We ordered steak despite the description on the menu, it was one piece of meat only. There was nothing else like salad that they advertise. Parmesan came with a pasta dish and waiter removed it from our desk and gave to someone else. My kid was still eating her plate maybe %80 was still in the plate. I dont know if they only have 1 parmesan that walking thru all tables.

I went to toilet and after I put soap my hand there was no water from tap. I had to clean the soap with tissues. Overall we walked from train station just to eat here but it doesn't worth it.
