The staff were not particularly friendly, seeming to favour the Italians and Germans. The chap that served us either made out he could not understand, or insisted on trying to correct my Italian, which is really not that bad! (and everyone else that night understood me perfectly). What was most surprising, however, was the food. We each had Pizzas and to be honest they were mediocre to say the least. The 'toppings' were sparse, mine particularly ( sausage) so essentially it was a cheese pizza......with a sprinkling of sausage. 31€ for a gamba plate, one should think my stomach would have been full. I expected it to be with a side salad and some vegetables and of course large gamba's ...when the waitress pointed to the 6€ fries and side salads for the same price I was sceptical. So I asked her politely if it is considered a full meal if I buy the side fries, since the 25€ are only for the fish. She assured me it's enough. I told her that I am very hungry and willing to change to any other menu item, she advised to stick to the fish. Very disappointed with the service. We sat down with a group of twelve on separated tables and were almost send away because we didn’t order food straight away because the group was not complete. My grandmother didn’t want a full meal so she wanted to share a plate. One of the staff members assuming the owner did not agree to this and started shouting that she has to order a full meal and slammed on the table and walked away. To the person who replies to the comments don’t say it’s not true another bad part in customer service. If we had proper service we would have sat down for a while and would have ordered a couple bottles of wine and coffee good service...
