Wow, wow, wow. What an experience! Truly a one-man show. The owner/chef/server does it all. If you’re in Salo or near the area, this restaurant is a must. He seems to only do about 10-12 covers per night so be sure to make a reservation. It’s a small menu with 4 appetizer options, 2 pasta and 3 main dish options, but the food is spectacular, and worth any time you wait, and every penny. Our best meal in Italy by far, and a total experience. Should have Michelin stars….(if you go here be patient - your meal from start to finish will be a couple of hours, but like I said he’s doing everything. Also don’t be annoying and ask for things on the menu to change, this is not that type...

The place is truly exquisite!! I loved everything about it. Let me start that all food was unique and unforgettable, all tastes thoughtfully composed and you feel like in heaven trying them. I forgot to review this restaurant (it was my second time there) when I had dinner in June. This little place is by far my favorite restaurant around Lake Garda.
