What a great restaurant! This small and lovely restaurant in the heart of Garganano is a perfect combination of tasty high level Food, cozy and nice interior and of course, friendly and attentive service with a high knowledge of Wine and ingredients. (They’re also using local ingredients) The kitchen is open and you can see the chef while cooking. He also serves itselfs. There just two person but they’re managing everything on a high level. Maybe you can find this restaurant in the Michelin guide someday. We highly recommend that place! PS: Start the evening with a Negroni sbagliato - really good

Out of nowhere this small restaurant made our personal all-time top 5. The food and service easily matches Michelin star restaurants. Our favorite dish was the egg. Super creative and just delicious! The restaurant is led by two young people who took it over just this year in April. They are soooo lovely, talented, well-trained and deserve all the praise and success! Watch-out: Don’t go there if you want your standard Italian touri food! Do go there if you enjoy amazing food in a cosy atmosphere! Grazie e buona fortuna!

Das La Mingla ist ein kleines aber feines Restaurant in einer Seitengasse. Das Konzept, auf lokale Produkte zu setzen, hat uns neugierig gemacht. Die einzelnen Gerichte auf der, in der Anzahl der Speisen überschaubaren Karte, waren kreativ und trugen Marcos (Koch und Chef des Restaurants) ganz persönliche Handschrift. Wir haben einen guten Teil der Karte probiert, besonderen Anklang fanden die schwarze und vegane Pizza. Nicht wegen der Farbe des Bodens, sondern durch den sehr intensiven und aromatischen Geschmack des Belages. Aber auch die Arrosticini (Fleischspieße) und die Spaghettoni alla Putanesca waren gut gelungen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und persönlich und wurde durch Marcos Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Gerichten ergänzt. Gewünscht hätten wir uns zum Brot und den Gebäckstangen z.B. etwas Creme oder Butter. Der Weiß- und Rosé-Wein war für unseren Geschmack nicht kühl genug temperiert. Zu empfehlen ist aber auf jeden Fall, selbst für Nicht-Limoncello-Fans, der Limoncello-Spritz als Aperitif. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Abend in einem angenehmen Ambiente mit gutem, etwas anders zubereitetem Essen.

What a great restaurant!

This small and lovely restaurant in the heart of Garganano is a perfect combination of tasty high level Food, cozy and nice interior and of course, friendly and attentive service with a high knowledge of Wine and ingredients. (They’re also using local ingredients)

The kitchen is open and you can see the chef while cooking. He also serves itselfs. There just two person but they’re managing everything on a high level.

Maybe you can find this restaurant in the Michelin guide someday.

We highly recommend that place!

Fantastic food and warm friendly service. Book to avoid disappointment as at time of writing, is a 2 person operation, so not many covers. Till a month ago, both used to work in a local 4* hotel restaurant, which also serves quality food. I personally liked the quiet blues soundtrack, which is unlikely to offend anyone. I would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fine dining. Not expensive either. Even my fussy teenage daughter really enjoyed it and they were great working around...
