SHOUTING waiter, unprofessional behavior on the LIMIT of an official complaint. We sat down at this place in Salò Garda Lake Italy at 4pm telling the waiters 3 times that we wanted to have dinner there. At 6.30pm we have been told to leave because the table was reserved. We thought ok there must be clearly a misunderstanding. We asked 3 times to stay and eat. The argument escalated involved shouting by the waiter in front of the other guests at the limit of a damaging offense. Reading the other reviews and analyzing a little bit the feed of this reviews for rough, unfriendly and rude waiters I have concluded that we have not been the only ones that had a bad expirience. The mistake then goes on by putting the blame on the customers while answering. Is it always someone else's fault or is it my mistake as a business owner if I have recurring reviews that are telling me that my waiters are rude. I mean today one of your waiters got so far to accuse a paying customer of stealing and titling them such a people. Let that sink in for a while because according to me there would also have been space for an official complaint. On our way out we told that we would never visit such a place and arrogantly one of the waiters responded it's not a problem we have plenty of other customers. This statement gives more the impression that the main focus of this business is fast check in and check out of customers to monetize as much as they can the view and the place. One of the very few places in Italy with an outstanding service. All waiters are smiling and supportive and they all pass by to support and serve. Romeo was our main waiter, and he made us feel very welcomed even though we are very picky when it comes to food.

The food was way beyond our expectations. It impressively delicious. We had the burrata pizza, homemade veggie pasta, and burrata salad without the anchovies. We ended the night with a Tiramisu that was out of this world. It was homemade and soft like a cloud. It was one the best Tiramisu that we had in our whole life.

With all that, you get to sit in one of the best views directly on the lake. the food and the view gives you that emotional Italian feeling. It feels just like in one of those romantic movies.

Don’t miss it, it is totally worth the visit.

The rude waiters— staff ! Dont go and dont ruin your holiday … The person who took our order told us that since I ordered pasta and my partner ordered pizza, the two dishes couldn’t be served together. They said they couldn’t arrange it either. I said, “It’s not acceptable that I eat while my husband just watches.” You should be able to serve orders with a very short delay, like all restaurants around the world. But they refused and said there’s nothing that can be done.( its kinda our problem 🤣) In the end, the food was not a“wow“… Dear manager, if you want to respond to me, it’s better to think about the restaurant first before replying like the other comments that you replied.
