Just returned from this holiday and will not be returning. Our room was functional but extremely dated. Unfortunately the weather was very cold at times and when only 4 degrees we requested for the heating to be turned on only to be told the boiler is broken,they would get it fixed the next day. On the following day it was still very cold so once again my husband went to see the owner. He replied it was lovely and warm,why did we need heating! He reluctantly turned it on eventually! We saw no sign of a cleaner all week and were very much left to our own devices. A lady came up and delivered a clean set of towels but did not take the dirty ones away,my husband took them down himself. We were left 3 cheap toilet rolls for three of us for the week so went out and bought our own. When my husband went to settle the bill before we left he was told he had to pay an extra 40 euros for a final clean! Final clean??? Die Zimmer sind äußerst primitiv und abgewohnt eingerichtet und was noch schlimmer ist, schmutzig! ||||Staub und Schmier überall. Über vieles, etwa Willkommensgrüße wie den Spül-Lappen mit braunem Streifen, sahen wir hinweg. Ließe sich ja selbst nachbessern... Im Kühlschrank war Schmutz. Türrahmen sind schmierig, sollte man nicht aus Versehen anfassen. Statt Nachttischen gab es einen abgewetzten Stuhl und einen Hocker. Eine einzige schmuddelige Nachttischlampe bekamen wir aufs Zimmer gestellt, nachdem wir nach Nachttischlampen fragten.||||Im Bett entdeckten wir dann noch einige gekräuselte dunkle Haare und Blut und damit war unser Hinwegsehen beendet. Als Lösungsvorschlag kam ein Ersatz-Laken auf das Bett, mit einem gelben Fleck. ||||Weder das, noch das ansonsten immer noch schmutzige Zimmer konnten uns überzeugen dieses Zimmer zu akzeptieren. Ein Ersatzzimmer sowie eine vernünftige Säuberung wurde uns verweigert. Statt dessen wurden wir mit einer Grappa-Fahne vom Familienoberhaupt beschimpft und es wurde in einer Tour versucht uns nicht ausreden zu lassen. Es wurde uns auch noch unterstellt, wir hätten alles selbst verursacht, den ganzen Dreck, und uns würde bloß das Wetter nicht gefallen aber dann sollten wir halt wegfahren.||||Miravalle (Limone sul Garda) ist eher eine schäbige Flüchtlingsunterkunft als eine...
