I almost never bother to write negative reviews, and maybe the servers were having a bad day, but this was one of the worst places I’ve eaten in Italy. When we walked into the restaurant, ten minutes passed with staff ignoring us as they passed. When finally seated, we waited 15 minutes before having to flag down a server to order drinks. When the drinks did come, the server was incredibly rude and we had to wait another ten minutes to order food. We did not see another server for another hour before we again had to flag down a server to remind them of our food. The pizzas that arrived were average at best and tasted like grocery store pizza. As you can probably guess, nobody came by for us to pay and leave so when we got up to find someone to pay, the server yelled “have you paid!” across the restaurant at us in front of everyone (which was humiliating).

Overall, really beautiful setup and good location, but average food with shockingly poor service.

We visited this restaurant during a very busy holiday period, and despite the town being packed, the service was quick in general and our waiter was proactive and attentive, which made a great first impression.

The highlight of our meal was definitely the Pizza Speciale — it was absolutely delicious and full of flavor, one of the best we've had in a while. The seafood in the pasta dish was clearly very fresh, which we appreciated, though unfortunately the pasta itself lacked seasoning and depth of flavor.

A downside was the timing — the pasta arrived a full 20 minutes before the pizza, so we couldn’t enjoy our meal together. Also, the Coke was served in a glass packed with ice, not in a bottle, so it felt like poor value for the price.

I recently visited Bar Agrumeto and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. While the location is indeed beautiful and atmospheric, the prices are absolutely outrageous. I ordered a simple coffee and it cost me an arm and a leg! The quality of the drink was average at best, and the service was even worse.

The waiters were incredibly rude and seemed to be bothered by our presence. They took ages to take our order and even longer to bring our drinks. When I politely asked for a refill, I was met with a scowl and a long wait.

The ambiance of the bar is lovely, I'll give them that. The decor is good and the music is pleasant. However, it's not enough to justify the exorbitant prices and poor service.
