If you're looking for gluten-free pizza, this place is definitely worth checking out. While the quality can vary depending on the day, we've had some truly excellent experiences here in the past.

However, there was one instance when we returned with friends to showcase our discovery and unfortunately, the pizzas were undercooked. Despite this one letdown, we still find ourselves returning to this spot time and time again.

I was really tired from work and wanted a home delivery. They took my order yet let me wait for hours without any notice about their self-cancellation of service. This problem happened twice!

It was a bad manner of service. They did not respect customers. Luino is such a small town and there would be noway the delivery man could not find an address. He could have called me or asked around the the precise address.

I would never, ever go to this pizzeria, nor use their delivery service...

Cibo buono, nel mio caso ho ordinato l'insalata di polpo con olive e pomodorini e come contorno patate al cartoccio. Il locale presenta una parte interna, una semi coperta (sotto un tendone) areata da dei ventilatori a soffitto e una sull'asfalto completamente esterna. Il mio tavolo era semi coperto e nonostante il ventilatore acceso era davvero molto caldo per godere bene della cena. Il servizio è stato molto confusionale. I camerieri dopo avermi confermato la possibilità di mangiare senza glutine hanno iniziato ad avere dubbi difronte alle mie domande in merito ai piatti indicati sul menù. Hanno una pizza congelata senza glutine che adattano in base alle altre presenti sul menù ma poi se si chiede una banale insalata di polpo non sanno darti sicurezze sul fatto che sia idonea o meno. Infine la vera perla è stata scoprire che per le patatine al cartoccio hanno applicato un extra di 3,50 euro perché erano "senza glutine". Extra non segnalato sul menù che a quanto pare però applicano di principio su tutto quello che una persona celiaca chiede loro. Data la poca chiarezza e scarsa sicurezza che mi hanno trasmesso in merito alla conoscenza del senza glutine penso che l'extra richiesto sia ancor più ingiustificato. Mi dispiace molto per il cibo che ripeto era buono ma è stato completamente eclissato dalla pessima...
