If you are looking for arrogance this is the place to find it. Unbelieveble way to answer a client!

Food was good, but the service was not a match. We were seated inside, took a long while until someone asked for our order, brought my appetizer together with the main course for the others, then disappeared and didn't show for a long time. Everyone finished eating, I was still waiting for my main course. I searched (!) for the waiters and requested the bill and told the waiters I don't need the main course anymore because I've waited for more than 10 minutes and I'm not willing to sit and wait for more. Her answer was "so what, 10 minutes it's not even a long time". Also, they have a problem with the parking places.

Edit: This is not true, I was there at 7:33 and left 8:41. More than 1 hour to get an appetizer. If I were you, I wouldn't fire back to a dissatisfied customer... As far as I can see from other reviews, I'm not the only one turned off by your rudeness. Maybe 2 stars I initially gave you...

Freundliche Bedienung, gute Auswahl von Pizzas. Gute italienische Gerichte. Wir sind hier vielmals mit zwei Kindern gewesen: Es ist etwas eng aber trotzdem eignet sich auch für Familien (der Kinderwagen muss raus bleiben). In Sommer man kann raus essen.

Friendly service, good choice of Pizzs and classical Italian dishes. We have been here several times with two small children: while there is not too much space, it is is still suited for families (the stroller has to stay outside, anyway). During the summer it is possible to eat under the porch.

I come here often in summer with my family since they like it. I have different opinions each time I go there. Some nights they serve good food, other nights it wasn’t the best.… Overall nice place but last year I chose the fish and also muscles which were not tasty at all and most of them broken, which made me think they were not fresh. Tonight I decided to stick to the pizza and tartufo Nero which was very good! Staff is very direct which is a bit weird as a Dutchie to say, but shouting to my dad to re-park his car at the second parking lot in a very rude Italian way was the limit. I think the staffmember, which name I will not forget, did not even realize this behavior as being special. I think the ladder is even worse...
