I'm Celiac. This was absolute HEAVEN to me!! I am from the US, and you can not find anything that comes close to this!! I am a baker and very picky about GF baked goods. If I could give 10 stars, I would! My husband and daughter said you can not taste the difference at all, and my daughter doesn't care for GF. Siete appena arrivati a Perugia e non sapete dove andare a fare colazione ? Sglu' è il locale per celiaci ( e non) che fa a caso vostro. Situato nello stesso complesso in cui vi sono Maison du Monde e il Cafè Noir, Sglù non è solo un semplice bar/bistrot che prepara un ottimo caffè e dei fantastici arancini, ma è anche una strepitosa pasticceria che propone buonissimi dolci ( dalla classica brioche fino al bombolone alla crema, ai donuts, ai cannoli e ai vari tipi di tiramisù) e una fornitissima panetteria che, oltre ai diversi tipi di pane, brioches salate e piadine, offre sfiziose pizzette e focacce ( da provare quella alla cipolla) per un veloce pranzo al sacco mentre ammirate le meraviglie del capoluogo umbro. Inoltre Sglu' ha un reparto dedicato a tutti i tipi di prodotti per i celiciaci ( dalla birra alla pasta, pane, pizza, piatti pronti, biscotti e tortillas fino alla Caffarel), per di più erogabili.
