Absolutely fantastic place to stop and enjoy traditional food whilst skiing. The owner and staff are fantastically welcoming, the food to die for - as already mentioned the tagletelle dishes are the best you can find and include traditional ragu, deer, wild boar and duck from memory. When on holiday on the slopes it is a brilliant place for get great food and enjoyable staff. It’s not well signposted and you need to keep a keen eye to spot it and its decking on the right. Ho scoperto questo ristorante quasi per caso e ne sono rimasta davvero entusiasta. La cucina rispecchia pienamente la tradizione valdostana, con piatti preparati con cura e ingredienti genuini. La polenta valdostana era cremosa e ricca di gusto, il goulash tenerissimo e saporito. Davvero sorprendenti anche gli gnocchi al Bleu d’Aoste, delicati ma con un carattere deciso, un piatto che da solo merita la visita.

Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, capace di far sentire subito a proprio agio. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, tipica di un locale di montagna dove si respira autenticità e passione. I prezzi sono assolutamente onesti in rapporto alla qualità e alla generosità delle porzioni.
