Bar la Tartana — Restaurant in Crabonaxa/Villasimius

Me and my husband decided to eat at La Tartana today, sadly won't be visiting here again, ordered Pizza, chips and two drinks, asked about any service charges and if applicable at the beginning as we were charged in other places so was clarifying this beforehand here.

The staff member lied to us and said that there is no charge and that we would only pay for our food. The bill came to about 21 euros for the food, and we got hit by an additional service charge of 3.00 euros PER person!

Absolutely disgusted, number one they lied to us, secondly 1 table and we got charged a service fee per person!

The owner at the counter did not even apologise for the miscommunication which was clearly on their behalf, and apparantly you're supposed to be served bread or some extras which is what the service charge is for, however we had no bread or any extras, disappointed...

Pizza buona

il problema è che un mio amico ha ordinato prosciutto cotto e dopo una mezz’ora di attesa (che ci può anche stare) gli arriva una prosciutto e funghi: il cameriere già sapeva che la pizza ordinata non coincideva con quella preparata, tant’è che chiede al mio amico se andasse bene anche così come era uscita, il mio amico gli risponde di no, allora il cameriere gli dice che senza problemi ne avrebbe preparata subito una nuova così come l’aveva richiesta il mio amico (prosciutto). Dopo un minuto il cameriere torna e assicura il mio amico dicendo che la pizza era già in forno. Dopo un altro minuto la pizza arriva, ma si notano dei pezzetti di funghi, in sostanza la pizza non è stata rifatta da zero ma sono stati tolti i funghi. Io e il mio amico ci siamo fatti la nostra cena senza dire nulla, MA POI ARRIVA IL BELLO: AL MOMENTO DEL PAGAMENTO IL MIO AMICO FA NOTARE QUESTA COSA ALLO STESSO CAMERIERE CHE LO AVEVA RASSICURATO SUL RIFACIMENTO DELLA PIZZA MOSTRANDO ANCHE LA FOTO CON I PEZZETTI DI FUNGHI (vedi allegato) MA IL CAMERIERE NEGA TUTTO SPUDORATAMENTE IN MODO AGGRESSIVO, CERCANDO DI FAR PASSARE IL MIO AMICO COME QUELLO IN TORTO. IN SEGUITO ANCHE GLI ALTRI CAMERIERI SI SONO MESSI A DARE CORDA AL CAMERIERE IN QUESTIONE. INFINE CI INVITANO A ENTRARE IN CUCINA PER DIMOSTRARCI CHE NEL MOMENTO IN CUI SI TOGLIE UN INGREDIENTE DALLA PIZZA QUESTA SI SMACIULLA, CONSIDERAZIONE CORRETTA IN REALTÀ, MA FATTA A PERSONE CHE FORTUNATAMENTE HANNO UN MINIMO DI ESPERIENZA IN CAMPO E CHE SANNO CHE SE LA PIZZA SMACIULLATA ENTRA IN FORNO UN ATTIMO QUESTA TORNA APPOSTO A CAUSA DEL FORMAGGIO CHE SI SCIOGLIE. CI SIAMO RIFIUTATI DI ENTRARE IN CUCINA E PERDERE ALTRO TEMPO CHE CON PERSONE COSÌ È TOTALMENTE SPRECATO. Ce ne siamo andati via sempre in modo educato mentre sentivamo ancora loro che borbottavano sull’accaduto.

Un messaggio a voi camerieri: ogni tanto mettete da parte l’orgoglio che ne uscite fuori migliori, perché negare così come avete fatto davanti all’evidenza è da ridicoli e...

We were lucky enough to get a table for two upstairs on the terrace away from the busy street level were people watched football and drank beer. Our pizzas were excellent and SUPER fast. The wine list is limited but the house wines aren't too bad all. I'd recommend booking a table to secure the time you'd prefer as you may be disappointed. Service was attentive but were waiting a long time to pay the bill at the end before we realised we needed to go inside to pay. Overall, very good value for 2 people... about 50...
