Ho recentemente visitato RWB, assieme a degli amici, e devo dire che sono rimasto profondamente deluso da questa esperienza. Sin dall’arrivo, ho notato subito che il personale era disinteressato e poco attento alle esigenze del cliente (in questo caso di noi ragazzi). Infatti, ci siamo dovuti alzare da soli solo per prendere il menu. Dopo l’ordine abbiamo aspettato altri 15’ per una singola birra che non è stata più consegnata, dove abbiamo deciso di abbandonare il bar RWB. Nel complesso, siamo rimasti davvero delusi e amareggiati da questa esperienza che si è risultata poi in una perdita di tempo.
