Very disappointed!

1 - Burger bun: Why so hard? it's a burger...the consistency should be like a brioche. And even more disappointing was that it was tasteless. the only decent thing in it was the meat.

2 - Uncooked potatoes: When reported, after the waited took it back to the kitchen, we were given some literacy about the difference between their freshly cooked fries compared to the McDonalds ones. Although, McDonalds fries are always cooked and they sell billions of that stuff to the world - surely they must be doing something right?

3 - Cheesecake nutella - this for me was the point that pushed me to write this review! We all know the old trick that say "Nutella", but is in fact a generic chocolate sauce. The waited persuasion turned into straight face lie...and that's where we put a line. that's a big no! That was not nutella on your cheesecake, and we all know that. Dirty old trick!

Very nice vibes in this place and staff is helpful. The vegetarian/vegan option is not bad, the falafel burger has a really nice filling patty that is crispy on the outside and soft inside and overall I would recommend it. I did think there were a couple of things that could be improved, more filling (like the really good slaw) and sauces should be added we ended up ordering sauces twice and there could be a bit more fries those were really good too. To make this fully vegan make sure you ask to remove the two types of mayo, I’d recommend adding in bbq or ketchup to make up for it and I added caramelised onions. Definitely book in advance this place is full every night in the summer peak season mid august the waiting time was...

I think this is the first time I give only one star, but this is well deserved. Worst food in this hemisphere. The Burgerbread was dry as dust. What about adding some tasty sauce? The fries, even though hand cut, were not well done, potatoes almost raw. Our orders were mixed. Salad with wrong burger and the waiter refused to take it back to the kitchen, instaed asked that we rearrange ourself. And then we waited and waited and waited for the food, for the bill, puuuhhh. Service was really bad and the waiters not...
