The food is good over here but that doesn’t make up for the incompetence of the staff. Unfriendly waitresses acting like doing their job is an inconvenience for them and struggling to speak and understand the most basic english words. If you work in a restaurant, doesn’t even matter if it is a tourist spot or not, you should know at least the bare minimum required to take an order. Mumbling and struggling young girls that needed 5 reminders to bring our food after fully serving several tables that arrived after us. The order ended up being wrong anyway and it took us 3 employees, a lot of time and multiple tries to get things right. Overall not a pleasant experience. 14 agosto 2023 Purtroppo devo dilungarmi per far capire alle persone come funziona questo posto. Dire costoso non è la parola giusta ma è un FURTO! il gestore gioca col fatto che i turisti sono di passaggio ma non conta col fatto che clienti locali come me NON sono stupidi, ditemi voi se pagare 20 euro per una piadina di mais, rigida, che si trova al discount in pacchi da 6pz a 5 euro, e che ci sta sul palmo di una mano "letteralmente", condita miseramente e per di più senza sapore ne sostanza (aggiungo foto) . Voglio sottolineare che NON è assolutamente una questione di soldi ma di principi, DERUBARE le persone in quel modo DANNEGGIA l'immagine del posto, delle persone che ci viviamo e di quelli ONESTI che ci lavoriamo. Eravamo in 2, abbiamo ordinato 2 di questi "tacos" (un pz ciascuno), che di tacos non hanno nulla, 1 birra, 1 succo, conto? euro 48.50,ma stiamo scherzando? Mi rivolse al adetto alla cassa facendo presente che era un furto, in oltre, dissi anche che i tavoli erano appiccicosi, sporchi e anche il pavimento era sporco, mobiglio vecchio e logorato, sottolineai tutto compreso il fatto che NON si trattasse di una questione di soldi ma di principi e mentre il proprietario si rese conto di questo mio disappunto lui guardava indifferente da qualche metro di distanza facendo finta di nulla senza attributi per affrontare un cliente scontento ma educato, non ho mai alzato la voce o mancato di rispetto nessuno, unica nota buona è la cameriera gentilissima e brava, spero almeno che venga pagata bene ma dubito visto il calibro del personaggio che faceva finta di nulla. Bisogna fare in modo che questi personaggi vengano segnalati tra la gente del posto e SCONSIGLIARE assolutamente ai turisti, mettere in guardia tutti facendo corre voce! È una vergogna! Spillare i soldi alle persone con cucina scadente e porzioni davvero misere. Amaro in bocca... Alla faccia del relax in vacanza. Noi purtroppo non ci siamo resi conto subito, il locale sembraba ok anche perché non c'era molta scelta visto che c'era molta gente in giro ! MAI più in questo posto, sporco,, con cucina decadente ma sopratutto porzioni misere, se ci avessero dato 2 di questi "tacos" a testa, sarebbe stato costoso lo stesso. SCONSIGLIATO A TUTTI COSTI. Hier nochmal auf Deutsch: Wer von der Chefin angeschrien werden möchte, kann dorthin gehen. Wir waren mit unseren Babys dort und hatten mit einem Toilettenpapier die für die Kinder mitgebrachten Schüsseln abgewischt und anschließend in den Mülleimer geworfen. Auf einmal kam die Chefin und schrie meine Mutter vor allen Gästen wie eine Furie an, sie hätte die Schüsseln im Waschbecken abgespült. Meine Mutter ging mit ihr und zeigte ihr das Papier mit dem Babybrei im Mülleimer. Aber auch das hielt sie nicht davon ab, weiterzuschreien, zu drohen und völlig aus der Haut zu fahren. Für uns, die wir um Urlaub nur etwas in aller Ruhe zu uns nehmen wollten, einfach nur unschön. Wir hinterlassen immer alles sauber, sind ordnungsbewusst und möchten dann als Gäste nicht derart behandelt werden.
