The service here is absolutely terrible. To order and to get the food takes ages, while the restaurant is almost empty. Even to get lemon sorbet we had to ask three different waiters and it took at least 25 minutes. So, to have our meal with only primi piatti took over two hours. Food was just ok and a bit overpriced for what you get. And we had to wait for 20 min to get a bill. So, overall, for food I would give 3.5 and 0 for the service

Dear owner,

If you would like me to judge your place as a toilet, I would give you 5, if you would like me to judge your table wear, I would give 4 as well as for the chairs. But as I have entered the restaurant I was judging your place by the quality of the food and the service I have received. And I do confirm my previous ratings, 3.5 for food and 0 for the service. My main question is: would you like to be rated as a restaurant or the toilet rental?

Instead of answering your customers in such an arrogant way, maybe you shall just improve your service.

La serata in questo ristorante inizia presto. Siamo tra i primi clienti del locale. Siamo in 7, 4 adulti e 3 bambini. Prendiamo 4 primi e 3 grigliate, nel menù c'è scritto composte da un pesce, un gambero, un calamaro, un aragostella. Dopo mezz'ora arrivano i primi, quantità giuste e piatti buoni. Il problema sta nelle grigliate che arrivano molto dopo i primi e anziché un pesce intero ci sono 3 piccoli tranci! Protestiamo e dopo mezz'ora di attesa ci riportano la grigliata con una spigola intera piccola, due calamaretti piccoli, due gamberi piccoli e l'aragostella. Direi molto sotto le aspettative come quantità. Mentre aspettavamo le grigliate abbiamo ordinato 5 porzioni di patate al forno. Poco dopo torna la cameriera per dirci che hanno solo 3 porzioni di patate al forno e non ci da alternativa perché per quelle fritte ci dice che vuole un po' di tempo. Prendiamo solo quelle 3 al forno. Abbiamo ancora fame vista la scarsità dei piatti ma decidiamo di non prendere altro, per non lasciare altri soldi in quel locale. Da sottolineare che quella misera grigliata ci è costata €23,50 l'una! Chiediamo il conto e anche li parecchia attesa, durante la quale notiamo che portano una porzione di patate al forno nel tavolo accanto, ma nn erano finite? Protestiamo con la cameriera e la sua risposta è stata che ce n'erano poche e che dovevano accontentare tutti i tavoli e inoltre le hanno fatte al momento. Ma come eravamo nel primo turno ed erano già finite le patate al forno??? Ai turni successivi cosa davano??? Se per l'altro tavolo hanno fatto le patate sul momento non potevano farlo anche per noi visto che abbiamo aspettato parecchio anche per le patate??? Sicuramente non ci...

Nice restaurant just outside the central street in Villasimius… the restaurant is more located in a residential area, where you shouldn’t expect this kind of restaurant. We went here for dinner during our stay in Villasimius (in June 2022) and were very satisfied! Although we didn’t make a reservation, we were able to sit outside. The food is really good price/quality wise and there is a lot of choice. The house wine is ok as well. Very friendly staff… no...
