La nostra esperienza alla Bar San Gotardo è stata purtroppo molto spiacevole.

Dopo aver preso un gelato nella gelateria proprio accanto, ci siamo seduti a un tavolo del bar, pensando inizialmente che i due locali fossero collegati. Un cameriere si è avvicinato con gentilezza e ci ha detto che non c’era bisogno di ordinare nulla, che potevamo restare seduti tranquillamente.

Poco dopo, mentre sorridevamo tra noi per la situazione, lo stesso cameriere è tornato con un tono completamente diverso: molto nervoso, alzando la voce in modo sgradevole davanti agli altri clienti. Ci ha ordinato di alzarci e lasciare il locale “subito”, in modo brusco e umiliante.

Un comportamento assolutamente inappropriato, irrispettoso verso noi e verso l’atmosfera generale. Ci dispiace molto, ma non possiamo raccomandare questo posto. Invitiamo la gestione a chiarire...
