The service of the guy who works is ok, but the owner is terrible! I got the impression that he DOESN'T STAND FOREIGNERS! I was having coffee with my friend who is Egyptian, so he behaved terribly, returning the woman a couple of times to the table where she forgot her wallet, so she also cleaned the table along the way, I politely asked the waiter to pack something for me to take away (in English), but the owner expertly pretended to be "crazy", not moving from the window where the pastry was standing so that the boy would not bother me could serve...a terrible feeling of impatience, for the waiter, me and my friend...horror for a tourist place.HORROR for OWNER WHO DON'T LIKE...

A sweet cafe with some excellent specialty drinks - the original Starbucks minus the sugary fraps! The managers can come across as a bit gruff but have your machiatto at the bar with them like the Italians do and they will be happy to chat away - in Italian or English. Try the Caffè Cima, a minty little concoction that's absolutely delightful, if you're looking for an adventure, though their cappuccino is always great too. PS. Buongiorno. Ho preso buona nota della risposta. Ritengo di essere stato equo nel valutare nel complesso l' esercizio. Ho scritto più di 2.000 recensioni e in tutte ho sempre avuto il massimo rispetto di chi lavora e talune volte sbaglia. In particolare. L' accoglienza: ho percepito una nota di disappunto quando ho chiesto di potermi sedere nell' unico tavolo disponibile. Chiedo sempre il permesso quando entro in casa d' altri, sia che ci siano molti posti disponibili sia che ve ne siano pochi. Il servizio: ho chiesto di consumare uno Spritz e mi è stato portato un prosecco, che ho comunque consumato. Se a Bressanone Spritz e Prosecco sono sinonimi, è meglio precisarlo nel menù, in modo che il cliente non sia confuso nell' ordinare. Quanto al guasto: una confezione di sapone liquido e/o di disinfettante sarebbe stato gradito. Quanto alle critiche: se scritte con garbo e senza offesa alcuna, vanno prese con il giusto spirito costruttivo e senza note polemiche.
