Restaurant Pizzeria Kutscherhof — Restaurant in Eisacktal - Valle Isarco

Behaviour of waitress (dark hair, ca. 25 y.o.) on Friday. Mar, 29 definately not acceptable. We wanted to sit down outside and order lunch but she refused in a very strict and unfriendly way as she had to clean the table before. We waited ca. 15-20 minutes but she did everything else and let us waiting on purpose. We in between checked the menue card and wanted to order lunch but she refused again as table was not ready. Other guests saw that but she ignored. Very bad reputance for an obviously good place....We will report that in leading restaurant guides as well of course...We left the restaurant and had lunch in...

Arrived for early dinner, most tables were empty. Initially was told by host there were no tables available. Upon getting ready to leave to go elsewhere, hostess found a spot that we could have if we left within 1 hr and 45 minutes. After being seated, service was very haphazard even though there was a lot of wait staff just standing around. Had to ask a couple times for something that was ordered. tornato in bassa stagione nessun problema per la sistemazione. Menù con 5 primi e 5 secondi, specialità tirolesi e non, pesce compreso (primi da €14,50 a €16,50; secondi cari, da €23,00 a €30,00, tranne la cotoletta di maiale alla milanese a €17,00). buona la cotoletta, buono, ma non eccelso lo stinco di maiale a €24,00, un tantino troppo consistente, ne ho mangiati di decisamente migliori a 18€ compresi 2 contorni. Complessivamente tutto buono, servizio efficiente, location splendida, birre ottime, solo un po' troppo caro... (un litro di acqua minerale €5,00...) Buone e più economiche le pizze.

1° AGGIORNAMENTO agosto 2021 NON GRADITI I PASSEGGINI ? Ritornato dopo due anni, grande affluenza e fila per prenotare (il classico di un giornata piovosa), a chi era in fila prima di noi hanno riservato un tavolo per le 14:00, al nostro turno, dichiarate 6 persone più 1 bimbo con passeggino, ci è stata categoricamente rifiutata la prenotazione con un ... dopo 10 minuti un altro di noi si è ripresentato dichiarando 7 persone e stop e abbiamo avuto un tavolo dopo 15 minuti... per il resto molto gentili, migliorata la scelta menù, ricomparso il tagliere tirolese...

RECENSIONE 2019 rispetto al passato (molti anni fa) direi deludente e più caro, a parte le pizze; menù un po' limitato sui primi e gli antipasti... non c'è neanche il tradizionale tagliere di affumicati (affettati e formaggi). Abbiamo preso i ravioli integrali con ripieno di ricotta e yogurt... non entusiasmanti... lo yogurt sovrastava tutti gli altri sapori... tanto da far sembrare che la ricotta fosse inacidita... ovviamente gusto personale... 5 ravioli (grandi) con un cucchiaio di purea di patate €12,00... sempre buona la birra, sempre bella...
