I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sciabbe, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm ambiance that set the tone for the entire evening. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the incredible food. Every dish that graced our table was a burst of flavor and creativity. Adding to the charm of the place was the unique atmosphere. The combination of cozy lighting and tasteful decor, and created an atmosphere that was both inviting and relaxing. It's rare to find a restaurant that strikes the balance between elegance and comfort so perfectly. What pleasantly surprised me even more were the reasonable prices. For the quality of food and service we received, I was expecting a higher bill, but Sciabbe offers fantastic value for the experience they provide. It's a rare gem where you can indulge in gourmet dining without breaking the bank. Speaking of service, the staff at truly made our evening memorable. The Best Quattro Formaggi of My Life ❤️

If you’re a fan of Quattro Formaggi pizza, Sciabbè is a must-visit. This pizza wasn’t just good—it was absolutely phenomenal. It surpassed every other Quattro Formaggi I’ve ever had, even in the rest of Italy. Every bite was a perfect blend of flavors, texture, and aroma. Simply put, Sciabbè’s Quattro Formaggi is a masterpiece.

The restaurant shines in every other aspect as well. Their house wine is outstanding and pairs perfectly with the dishes, while the staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere is lively and authentic—full of locals, which only confirms the exceptional quality of the place. We were the only foreigners here, yet we felt completely at home.

Una piacevole serata trascorsa al Sciabbé. Abbiamo avuto modo di provare la pizza gustata con piacere, impasto davvero buono, leggero e friabile. La pizza Special "Regina" molto gustosa e saporita con la sua mortadella fresca e granella di pistacchio e una cremosa burrata: consigliata. La pizza della categoria "Le Sfiziose" altrettanto buona e gustosa ma la salsa (pomodoro) mancava di corpo, di un po' di sapore. È necessario a mio avviso compensare con un filo d'olio a crudo da servire a tavola che pensavamo venisse portato assieme alle pietanze (sale, pepe, olio bio e olio di peperoncino rosso). La scamorza affumicata unita alla mozzarella e lo speck rendono la pizza particolare e degna di essere ordinata nuovamente. Confermo un'ottima qualità degli ingredienti! Alla classica birra decidiamo per un vino, ma la scelta dei vini bianchi è purtroppo un po' scarna, solo 4 vini proposti ma non proprio particolari, avendo assaporati tre di questi decidiamo per l'unico non ancora provato un "Scialii Doc Sicilia", un giovane Grillo e Zibibbo leggermente frizzantino e con note vegetali, molto fruttato e al mio palato con un retrogusto di fieno/paglia. Purtroppo per me non è stato un buon accostamento, avrei preferito un vino bianco fermo tipo un Vermentino o Ribolla, per citarne alcuni della stessa fascia economica del Scialii. Mentre noto molta più scelta di vini rossi da provare la prossima volta con un menù diverso dalla pizza. La location molto particolare, accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli con un ingresso che si apre con un lungo vialetto con tavoli all'esterno per poi accomodarsi in un ambiente interno dai colori unici e confortevole. Tavoli grandi per ospitare ben 4 persone e non creare confusione tra i piatti e la varie portate. Particolare la saletta alle spalle del locale che si affaccia sul belvedere di Enna con un panorama suggestivo che regala emozioni al visitatore. I proprietari cortesi nel benvenuto e nell'avvicinarsi piacevolmente al tavolo più volte per chiedere come procede la serata con molta discrezione. Il personale di sala giovane, molto simpatico, attento, professionale, con divisa e preparato. Da evidenziare e sottolineare l'utilizzo costante e continuo (e quindi non solo quando si avvicinano al tuo tavolo) nell'indossare sempre la "mascherina, #FFP2", da tutti noi molto apprezzato, vista la particolare situazione legata all'emergenza epidemiologica da #Covid-19 e non tenendola sotto il mento come in altri locali. Solamente questo aspetto merita una stella in più rispetto allo standard. Bravi e complimenti! Tornerò sicuramente a cenare. Locale...
