Cactus Cafe’ — Restaurant in Figari/Golfo Aranci

We visited this place based on excellent reviews but we were unfortunately disappointed. The place was quite empty when we arrived (12 p.m). We ordered avocado toasts with eggs- nothing special (no salt). Also we waited for them at least 25min (as I’ve said the place was empty). Then some local people at the table nearby started eating take-out food, which obviously wasn’t from this place (??). And to top everything off - loud music was blasting all along. This café is such a charming spot! The terrace is absolutely beautiful — perfect for a relaxed breakfast or coffee break. The coffee is delicious, definitely one of the highlights. In qualsiasi bar o ristorante del mondo se il personale sbaglia l'ordine, sicuramente NON addebita il cliente. Non qui. La cameriera ha commesso un errore due volte e mi ha portato frutta fresca che non avevo chiesto. Non è questo il problema. Il problema è che quando sono andato a pagare mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare lo stesso perché non avevo comunicato nulla, il che era una BUGIA, perché l'ho detto due volte alla cameriera. Prima mi hanno fatto pagare e poi mi hanno dato il biglietto, come si fa a controllare quanto ti fanno pagare se poi ti danno il biglietto? Il responsabile del box ha risposto male dicendo che mi aveva già addebitato e non poteva fare nulla, anche quando ho spiegato che la cameriera era stata avvertita due volte dell'errore. Totalmente maleducati e audaci abusano dei turisti per sovraccaricarli. Non è per la quantità di denaro, ma per l'attitudine a sbagliare apposta per far pagare al cliente qualcosa che non ha chiesto. Peccato per una città che vive di turismo.
