Il Cigno Bianco - Gelateria Pasticceria — Restaurant in Figari/Golfo Aranci

We have been in Gulfo Aranci for a week and have visited this pastry shop every morning. Not only do they serve the freshest of bakery goods made on the premises their coffee is top notch and they staff are some of the friendliest people we have met on this trip. Always laughing and big greeting when we walk in 🥰. There is seating outside and when the Sun makes an appearance it’s a delight to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the locals arriving for their take away treats. There is another cafe right next door which serves more substantial offerings like toasted sandwiches and fried eggs but they have separate seating of a different colour and in front of their shop. This pasticceria is a true delight. With an array of typical Italian dolci and excellent coffee, i do highly recommend. We enjoyed our cappuccini, cannolo, cornetti, bigne al pistacchio, and some delicious ice cream while sitting outside in the sun. It was the perfect start to our day. Lascio 5 stelle perché sono 20 anni che mi servo presso questa pasticceria e do questo voto solo perché immagino la fatica che fanno le persone che sono dietro al laboratorio…ma è evidente, anche dalle altre recensioni, come ci sia una differenza di qualità tra il laboratorio e chi lavora al banco…Trovarsi i clienti alle 6:20 fuori al locale (10 min prima che apra) dovrebbe essere motivo di orgoglio…invece la signora con i capelli neri a stento saluta e sottolinea che mancano ancora 10 min, particolarmente infastidita, che poi nemmeno è riuscita ad aprire in orario ma 15 min dopo…senza nemmeno il buongiorno, manco nessuno le avesse detto nulla…Sono molto più gentili le persone che lavorano in laboratorio, sempre sorridenti ed educate. Ieri ho fatto una prenotazione alle ore 06:45 e avete tirato su una storia a mia madre che è venuta a ritirare facendola passare per idiota perché secondo voi nessuno aveva prenotato. Avevo prenotato io alla ragazza giovane con il monopattino invece…che probabilmente non ricordava…nonostante tutto lascio 5 stelle perché la qualità è piena d’amore in questa pasticceria che purtroppo non concorda con il mood del servizio, evidentemente non contento di fare...
