we came here for dinner, not expecting too much, but yet, something appropriate. Service was ok, but i had to wait for about an hour to get water, although i asked for it 3 times. I ordered a tuna tartare with avocado, got a oversalted tuna tartare, and like a red stew, with nothing that looks like avocado in it. Then, me and my friends ordered a degustazione mare (assorted fish) and got 8 different variations of marinated herring, whitch tasted so badly, i almost threw up on the table (sorry) Wine was not too bad. Non posso condividere nulla delle recensioni negative. Non le comprendo neanche un po’. Siamo stati a cena in 3, abbiamo preso maialetto x 2 (previamente richiesto) ed era, a dire poco, squisito. Servito in modo tradizionale, era cotto a puntino e con contorni di patate al forno (per nulla unte) e verdure in pinzimonio. Abbiamo preso anche una pizza ai formaggi che era leggera (segno di lievitazione adeguata ai tempi che richiede) non bruciata e saporita al punto giusto (i formaggi erano ben dosati). Quanto al servizio, esso è stato ineccepibile: i ragazzi del personale sono stati molto attenti, molto educati e per nulla invadenti. Unitamente al proprietario, che è una persona all’altezza del suo ruolo e gioviale, si sono spesso interessati a che andasse tutto bene e si sono dimostrati attenti alle nostre esigenze. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo, considerando la qualità, l’abbondanza del maialetto (ci siamo fatti lasciare una doggy bag) e la preparazione che richiede, lo trovo più che adeguato. Anche il mirto fatto da loro era davvero ottimo. L’ambiente appare ordinato, confortevole e pulito....
