Hello! I had dinner at your restaurant, as you were one of the few open on Sunday evenings. I want to mention the beauty of the restaurant, the pleasant music, and the wonderful staff. They even had a delivery robot! Everything was prepared very quickly, and the fish was perfect! They even gave me a fortune cookie. I read that tipping Japanese and Chinese people is offensive, so I was afraid to do so, but I absolutely loved this place! Forgive me if I'm mistaken🥹❤️

Sono stata cliente di Etto un sabato sera. Ho chiamato in tarda serata per prenotare ma nonostante tutto abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere accolti fin da subito (eravamo in due). Ottimo posto per chi vuole allontanarsi dalla frenesia del centro città, nonostante il locale non disti troppo dal centro con i mezzi. Dopo averci chiesto di esibire il Green pass ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolino con sedie e panche. La serata non ha avuto nessun intoppo in quanto il personale è stato sempre capace di soddisfare le nostre esigenze e non farci attendere per ordinare e ricevere le portate. Per quanto riguarda i piatti mi hanno piacevolmente colpita, chi più chi meno. Piccola chicca: la cameriera robotica mancava alla mia lista di "cose bizzarre da vedere". Una genialata ✌️

Ristorante con formula all you can eat in piena zona ospedaliera ed universitaria di Firenze dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo: 13,90€ per il pranzo e 22€ per la cena. Il locale è piuttosto ampio e ben gestito, il personale cordiale e parla abbastanza bene l'italiano, discrete le pietanze, col sushi che è fresco e i piatti caldi che sono piuttosto buoni, mentre il menù non è dei più vasti, specialmente a pranzo dove le scelte, in particolar modo per i piatti caldi, che sono abbastanza limitate. Meritevole di menzione è la "cameriera robot", una presenza simpatica che strappa qualche sorriso e che serve ad alcuni tavoli prestabiliti. Consigliato per chi vuole spendere poco senza troppe pretese

The older man who was working there was incredibly rude! First, we are tourists and don't speak Italian. We were trying to order off their tablet and had to take our time to translate. He got impatient and brought us a paper for ordering. There weren't any other people in there. After ordering he said we couldn't drink our own water we brought in. Every interaction we had with him he acted like we were a bother to him. I have never been treated so rudely in a restaurant before that we got up and walked out! I would never return...

Let me be BLUNT! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! A JAPANESE RESTAURANT operated by Chinese, make sense???NOTHING of JAPANESE AUTHENTICITY except the Robot which again made in china. We had a Horrible experience at this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best. Meat taste weird, the RAMEN NOODLES WERE TAKEN FROM CUP noodles. ABSOLUTE SCAM! servers are grumpy old couple. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone....
