Ristorante Pizzeria Senzanome — Restaurant in Florence

I would like to reply to the reviews done by Lucia Laura Dobon and Liliana Lopez and Javier Dobon. I am a guest that yesterday had dinner at the restaurant, this group of bad people came into the restaurant and starting to scream and offending the pizza maker employee just for a scarf forgotten the night before.... At the sentence that offended our country "Italy" I took the liberty of saying that if you don’t stay well here you could return to your country because rude people like you are not welcome... Javier also threatened me by challenging me to fight. The owner was really frustrated for the happened situation, but all restaurant guests understand that it was not their fault… unfortunately there are crazy person that you cannot manage…. Anyway after the damage also 3 bad reviews!!! Not fair and I hope that google can removed it. I want to congratulate to all the staff who have been able to handle the situation professionally. We eat very well and will...

We had dinner and we forgot a leather jacket that night. We came back the following day, the manager was very mad at us because we were asking about that leather jacket. He told us to go back to " our contry" as if we were lying about the absence of the jacket. It is a shame how they adressed toward us. We were just trying to get back the jacket. They are thiefs. Hope this review will make you more aware of the place you are choosing...

Small local homey place. After eating here two (2) evenings it's obvious this is a neighborhood gathering spot. I have seen the same customers two (2) nights in a row and everyone knows everyone. There is a brick oven for the pizza's and traditional cooked meals. I have tried both and each was a great value for the money and both tasted great. I will definitely stop here again.

Update: I did stop here for the 3rd time and was not...
