Figurano elementi significativi della gastronomia e friggitoria campana . TUTTO MOLTO BUONO.

Tra gli antipasti consiglio i crocchè di patate "formaggiosi" golosi e con pochissimo pepe come piacciono a me che francamente il pepe non lo gradisco.

Un classico cilindro dorato di bontà fortemente rievocativo, portatore di morbidezza struggente e saporita dall'involucro croccante e dal nucleo filante...che davvero mi ricorda le sapienti mani di mia nonna materna. E suscita vicinanze alle radici E le polpette al sugo da provare gustose e artigianali fatte come Dio comanda guarnite da foglioline di basilico e servite nel tegamino... Dall'aspetto rustico e invitante( perché naturale) e dalla bellezza innata ed essenziale come sa essere ogni manufatto di questo bel localino non distante da piazza Puccini che ricalca fedelmente il dettato partenopeo vantando interessanti materie prime, di derivazione autoctona.

Cordialità innanzitutto. Impronta amicale e semplice; l'approccio è semi-formale, garbato come la cura verso il cliente trattato come ospite( con estrema accortezza)richiede

Stoviglie originali servizio al tavolo impeccabile.

Lo sperimentalismo(rintracciato in pizze farcite da topping innovativi) ben si accosta alla classicità e all'artigianato gastronomico locale con le sue tradizioni lasciate intonse. La pizza è al centro fatta a regola d'arte con struttura degnissima, impasto ben maturato e perciò digeribile. Pasta ariosa tutta da gustare, riecheggia anche qui la mia regione pluri-stellata inarrivabile patria mondiale del buon cibo del bel mangiare e terra pilota dall'originalità irriproducibile che in ogni istante e da sempre produce( sottolineo e ingrandisco PRODUCE)e sforna tipicità sovrane investite doverosamente di riconoscimenti ed encomi.

L'unico difetto che forse potrei trovare è che la pizza era decisamente troppo unta tanto da non riuscire a piegare la fetta e tenerla tra le dita come avrei fatto agevolmente a Caserta. Pasta ripeto incantevole non i cartoni di Firenze. Fiordilatte ottimo e porzionato alla perfezione in listarelle.

Il dessert, ne siamo certi, rappresenta il regno dei pochi; della selezione tra manifesti, primati e prelibarezze vincitrici ai campionato del gusto. delle intensità cromatiche, della ricercatezza formale divenuta perfezione. Così la pastiera, raggiante di legna, al centro del vassoio

Campionessa.
