Old Wild West — Restaurant in Foiano della Chiana

I came to this place with my family to only disappoint ourselves. Not sure if this is the problem with this branch only, 'cause I used to enjoy old wild west in Milan, also in other cities in Italy. But this one situated in the outlet village Valdichiana is not something you wish to experience when hungry. First of all, the mexica nachos was way to small of a portio compared to what we get in Milan. Then comes much awaited main dishes (with delay). Burger buns were almost crumbling and side dish fries were way too salty, to the point that my bbq sauce couldnt help relieve my tongue burn because of the saltyness. It is a real pity! We waited initially for someone to come and take our order, which was pretty basic, then we waited for ages for it to come, meanwhile people who came much after us were getting their food. We queried it and were told that it is coming. When it did come , it was the wrong burger, we had to wait longer for the right one. Of course by then my husband had to eat alone. In total it took almost an hour to get the right burger. Very disappointed. No apology or any compensation offered. It was busy but we observed people who arrived 20 min after us getting their food long before us......

Servizio scarsissimo in tutti i sensi.. Prima si pagava 2€ di coperto, "ora aumentato a 2.50€ mentre in altri OWW si paga 1.80€" alla faccia🤮 Il mio conto veniva 10.30€ e sotto la cassa mi sparano 13.50😡, gli dico, ma viene 10.30 "con coperto 2€" mi dicono il coperto e 2.50, "bravi in 2 settimane hanno aumentato di ulteriore 50 cent". come se 2€ non era più sufficienti" per un coperto che fa acqua proprio da tutte le parti, dove: "non portano tovaglioli e bicchieri e l'acqua mi arriva molto tempo dopo che mi portano l'hamburger" sono lentissimi in tutto a servire😰!! Tirando le somme meriterebbero meno di una* perché il servizio e davvero pessimo e i prezzi assudi*! N.B: Una Pizza Margherita sparano 8.50€🥶 P.S: Spiacente ma non metterò mai più piede li dento!😔

Il servizio è aumentato da 3 settimane lo so perché ci sono stato 3 sabati fa e in più ho visto in un altro Old Wild West e il coperto era 1,80€! La pizza 8 euro e 50 prezzo di mercato?! Forse se la cucina lo chef cracco, una pizza Margherita di media qualità non può costare più di 7 euro, considerando poi il coperto che consisteva in un tovagliolo di carta, per tovaglia il menù, per finire il servizio scadente, in ritardo e distratto (abbiamo chiamato più volte per ordinare) già il fatto che portano prima l'hamburger e molto dopo l'acqua la dice lunga" la...
