Simone is one special guy: he's always friendly and smiley while working hard to make sure all his customer have to wait the minimum amount of time. His pizza is light, very digestible (his dough rests for almost two days!!!) and most importantly delicious!!!!! This pizzeria is a ONE MAN SHOW, a very...
