Friends introduced me to this little jewel in Formello where I return to like a homing pigeon. This local trattoria with its stone walls and rustic interior is authentic and welcoming. A family operated establishment run by a mother and son, it has a warm and welcoming ambiance and puts out the best in authentic specialties. You cannot go wrong here, everything from antipasti to desserts will leave you happy. One outstanding pasta dish to try is their Spaghetti alla Gricia. A classic dish from the Lazio region of Rome it is made with pecorino cheese, pepper and guanciale. It is both rich and flavorful. Nice place. Buffet for antipasto - perfect. I'm tired of pasta. Secondo piatto - meat or fish grilled. We had griglata mista and steak. Both very good. Good wine recommendation. Very pleasant...

Pranzo con amici buffet al centro del locale con poche e sole verdure ma nn ho visto niente di particolare ho preso 3 cipolline poi al tavolo un antipastino di terra in 4 1/5 vino 2 acqua 2 gnocchi al ragù ' non male il sugo e 1 carbonara buona cremosa e 2 fregnacce ottimo il sugo tipo matriciana poi alla richiesta dei seconfi siamo rimasti male niente porcini niente abbacchio insomma mancavano tantis simi piatti abbiamo optato x verdure e 2 piccolissime minute porzioni di trippa la signora ha detto che era finita ........potreste migliorare per me non arrivate...
