It felt like being reborn. We stopped at the Grand Café in Galatina and the first bite of their pasticciotto was pure magic — warm, silky, golden perfection that makes you pause and smile. Ormai mi servo da questo bar per ogni volta che ho desiderio di un dolce.

Ho provato il cornetto ma anche i pasticciotti e la torta pasticciotto. I dolci sono ottimi, ricchi di crema e molto saporiti. La crema è sempre ottima e non presenta mai un gusto "farinoso", di limone o troppo vanigliato. La pasta dei dolci è sempre cotta al punto giusto e croccante.

Ho provato anche il caffè macchiato e il cappuccino, ottimi.
