Very poor customer service/etiquette. I tried to go here a few weeks ago, as it was highly recommended, and I was turned away. They were busy and I was a single person, so I said I’m more than happy to sit at the bar or do take out. There were a few people ahead of me in line, and a line already starting behind me. When the host asked for how many people and I said just me, he replied “Only ONE?!” Halfheartedly he looked around and said, “we’re out of food.” I laughed awkwardly and pointed to the rest of the line perplexed, but he just shrugged and turned away, clearly not wanting to serve just lil ol’ me while they were busy. English menu’s available. Authentic Italian. Great portions. Amazed to see adult underwear on display at ceiling level (?). Memorable appetizers: Parmaginna (amazing), Piazza’s (€8 - 10 each) we enjoyed were: 4 cheese piazza (good), sausage red piazza came with unusual chips on top which were delicious, vesusius tomato piazza.
